FEE AND CONCESSION POLICY ACY-2027-28
1. Purpose
The School follows a transparent, uniform and strictly regulated admission policy. Fee concessions and scholarships are provided only to eligible and deserving students as per the School’s approved criteria.
2. Admission Principles
- Admission is subject to seat availability, prescribed admission criteria and submission of required documents.
- No parent/guardian shall have an automatic right to demand or negotiate a fee concession.
- Any concession is discretionary and subject to approval by the competent authority.
- Verbal assurances or commitments by any staff member regarding fee concessions shall not be considered valid.
- The School reserves the right to verify documents and withdraw a concession if any information is found to be false or misleading.
3. Withdrawal & Fee Refund Policy
- Once admission is confirmed and the admission fee is deposited, the admission fee shall be strictly non-refundable in case of withdrawal of admission by the parent/guardian.
- No refund shall be entertained on the grounds of change of decision, personal circumstances, relocation, financial reasons or any other reason initiated by the parent/guardian.
- Requests for withdrawal must be submitted formally to the School Administration.
- Any applicable statutory or regulatory requirement, if any, shall prevail.
4. Scholarship & Fee Concession Categories
• 90% and above: 100% Admission Fee waiver
• 80%–89.9%: 50% Admission Fee waiver
• 70%–79.9%: 25% Admission Fee waiver
Note: The above concessions are maximum permissible limits and are not automatic entitlements. The final concession shall be determined by the competent authority based on eligibility and supporting documents.
5. No Negotiation Policy
The School follows a structured and uniform concession system. Parents/guardians are strictly advised not to negotiate, bargain or seek concessions beyond the approved categories.
No concession shall be granted on the basis of personal influence, repeated requests or verbal negotiations.
6. Approval & Authority
- All concessions and scholarships require approval from the competent authority.
- The Admission/Administration team shall not independently promise or approve any concession.
- The decision of the competent authority shall be final and binding.
7. Parent Declaration
By applying for a scholarship or fee concession, the parent/guardian confirms that all information and documents submitted are true, complete and genuine. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of the concession and recovery of the applicable amount.
