Admission Process
1. Online Enquiry
- Begin by submitting the Online Enquiry Form.
- Optionally schedule a Campus Visit to understand the school environment before applying.
3. Parent Visit & Level Readiness Check
- Expect an email within 3 working days with the schedule for the Family Meet and Level Readiness Check.
- Both parents must attend the session along with the child.
- Confirm your appointment via email or phone.
- For afternoon sessions, ensure your child has eaten and is comfortable for the readiness check.
2. Application & Registration
- Collect or fill the Application Form online or at the Admissions Office.
- Submit the completed form with required documents and signatures of both parents.
- Complete registration by paying the non-refundable Rs. 1,000 fee.
- Online applicants will complete signatures and fee submission during the Parent Meet.
4. Admission Confirmation
- Admission is granted after the Family Meet and Level Readiness Check.
- Proceed with fee payments as per the school’s schedule via approved digital modes: cheque, draft, bank transfer, IMPS/RTGS, POS/card swipe.
- Cash payments are not accepted.

Provisional Admission (For Outstation Parents)
- Complete online registration and upload documents.
- A local representative must visit the school to submit documents and pay initial fees.
- Final admission is confirmed only when parents visit for the Family Meet and Readiness Check.
- Formalities must be completed within one week unless extended with Principal’s approval.
Withdrawal, Transfer Certificate, and Refund
Withdrawal
- Submit a written withdrawal application before the next fee due date.
- Phone, verbal, or email requests are not accepted.
- TC Application must be signed by both parents.
Single-parent or legal-case situations require relevant documents.
Transfer Certificate
- Obtain No Dues from Class Teacher, Library, Accounts, and Administration.
- All dues must be cleared; fees are non-refundable.
- TC will be issued within 10 working days after completing formalities.
Refund of Caution Deposit (If Applicable)
- Submit the original Deposit Certificate/Challan as proof.
- If misplaced, provide a notarised affidavit.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. When should the completed application form be submitted?
All completed application forms must be submitted along with required enclosures and the prescribed registration fee on or before the date specified by the school. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable. Please note that registration does not guarantee admission.
2. How are parents informed about the next steps after registration?
After registration, parents are called for the next stage of the admission process strictly on a First Come First Served basis.
3. What happens if my child is placed on the waitlist?
Waitlisted students are invited for the admission process only if a vacancy arises at any point during the year.
4. What does the admission process include?
The admission process consists of a Level Readiness Check and a Family Meet. The readiness check may also serve as a pre-diagnosis for special learning needs, if any. Cases involving special needs or learning challenges are discussed individually.
5. What is the Family Meet and who must attend it?
The Family Meet is a mandatory part of the process and requires the presence of both parents or guardians. There is no formal interview for parents, but both parties may use this time to ask questions, seek clarity, and understand one another better.
6. Can the school conduct tests or assessments during admission?
Yes. The school may conduct tests, exams, or interviews to assess whether the child is suitable for the class applied for. The Principal’s decision is final and binding, and no appeals or representations will be entertained.
